Dead Island 2 Release Date
The announcement of Dead Island 2 came all the way back in 2014, which seems like an eternity ago. Originally planned for February 2023, Dambuster Studios and Deep Silver have announced April 21 as Dead Island 2 release date.
After hearing the news that Dead Island 2 would have to be delayed, Dambuster said,
“The irony is not lost on us, and we are as sad as you probably are. We’re delaying the release by 12 weeks to ensure we have a product we’re proud to put out into the world, and development is almost done. Those of you who have waited all these years, I appreciate your patience.”

This aids his Backstab ability, which increases his damage dealt to zombies from behind.
Carla
Carla, a former daredevil, finds thrills in situations when she is close to death. If her health falls below a specific level, her passive ability Dig Deep kicks in and transforms her into a tank, boosting her defenses. When surrounded by zombies, Mosh Pit’s damage rises.
Dani

Jacob
If the slayers had a charming rock star who could look his adversaries in the eye, it would be Jacob. His Critical Gains ability makes him more deadly when his health is low, and his Feral ability makes him more effective while slaughtering several zombies in quick succession.
Ryan
Ryan has probably dealt with crowds of people wanting to jump on him before in his previous life as a professional exotic dancer. His Seesaw ability heals him whenever he knocks a zombie to the ground, and his Retaliation ability raises his force stat if he successfully avoids or blocks an assault.

Is Dead Island 2 on Steam?
I feel horrible for Steam users who wanted to play the game but couldn’t. Dead Island 2 for PC has been confirmed by publisher Deep Silver to be available exclusively via the Epic Games Store. Unfortunately, this also precludes playing the game through Steam.
In this case, though, the conclusion is far from guaranteed. Due to Steam’s popularity, it’s possible the game may launch there after its first release. But that’s just conjecture on our part right now.
